I'm intrigued by the ebooks on Palm Digital Media. I don't own a Palm, but I do wonder how many people out there are actually reading books on theirs.
Looking at their titles, the first thing I thought of was, “How can I get Sand on there?” And guess what? I can make my own for only $29.95. But then of course you can only use it if you buy one of their licensing paks.And those cost $250.
It was cool to see Rolf’s book on there — Vagabonding: An Uncommon Guide to the Art of Long-Term World Travel. I’ll have to ask him if he’s getting any hits and how much he’s making.
I’d love to have Sand in My Bra in their Humor section. See who’s there with her new book? Laurie Notaro! I have to check it out for Sand II.
Actually, this might be good for TT. Their licensing fee would only be $130 for the pak and then 15% royalties. And we’d be able to sell it off of our site. The $250 fee is for authors who only have one or two books to sell.
