Hey, I’ll be at Book Passage tonight with the Left Coast Writers. It’s a fantastic Bay Area networking group for writers. I have a bunch of friends that are in it and really benefit from having a community of writers co-promote their work. They support each others books, as well as help new and veteran writers with leads, and have networking sessions all the time. And of course, it’s fun!
Tonight I’m honored to be their guest speaker for their Travel month. Just a few weeks away from the Book Passage Travel Writers and Photographers Conference, I’ll be talking about my journey thus far in travel publishing, how others can break in, and especially how writers can market their writing—and their name!
